Data storage
Your chats are not stored by Ribbonfarm Consulting, LLC unless you explicitly submit them. We make no guarantee of long-term storage for any submitted transcript.
Analysis
Both public and private submitted transcripts may be analyzed to improve the quality of vgr_zirp — for example, to identify retrieval failures, vocabulary gaps, or persona mismatches. This analysis may be performed by automated systems including AI models. Analysis results are retained internally; raw transcripts are subject to the retention policy below.
Private submissions
If you submit privately, your transcript — including your questions — will be visible to Venkatesh Rao and ribbonfarm.com administrators. Private transcripts are subject to a retention period and may be deleted after analysis. To request earlier deletion, email vgr@ribbonfarm.com.
Public submissions
If you submit publicly, you grant Ribbonfarm Consulting, LLC a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and host your submitted transcript. You confirm you have the right to submit this content. Public transcripts are kept by default but may be removed at our discretion. To request removal, email vgr@ribbonfarm.com; we will consider requests in good faith.
Age
You must be 13 or older to use this service.
No warranty
vgr_zirp is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ribbonfarm Consulting, LLC disclaims all liability for any damages arising from use of this service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA.
Changes
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
