What is a good replacement for the “del.icio.us” bookmarks service?

Late to the party here, but if you want a power-tool upgrade, go with http://trailmeme.com ... it's a service offered by Xerox. I started the project and run it, so I am biased, but it really is the best place for you to go from Delicious.
Main advantage: you can arrange your bookmarks in arbitrary visual maps, interconnected in any way you like, that makes sense to you. Here's an example of a set of websites of museums in the northeast, arranged kinda the way they are geographically :)

When you double click on any item, you get a nice framed navigation. There's also a bookmarklet and a Firefox toolbar for your ongoing bookmarking++ pleasure.

To jump ship to trailmeme, do the following:
- Got to Settings in your Delicious account
- Go to export/backup
- Either export the whole thing or the tags you want to keep
- Go to http://trailmeme.com and sign up
- Go to Blaze > Advanced Create & Edit
- Click on "Import Markers"
- Browse and find your exported file, and hit 'Add Markers to List'
- Done!
