In the Big Co I work for, the culture is defined along a huge rift between the introverts and the extroverts: tech vs business. Business is a pushy, ego-driven, intrusive popularity contest they try to upsell as "soft skills". Tech is circumspect, logical, restrained and sensible to the effects on the whole.
